Volunteer Spotlight: Dave & Steph
September 2018 Volunteer Spotlight_Photo

Meet our September Volunteer Spotlight: Dave and Steph Baxter! Dave and Steph are members of the Fallbrook Trails Council, which stewards the Santa Margarita River Hiking Trail. Steph and Dave helped us guide a group of volunteers during our August cleanup in De Luz. Dave is the president of the Live Oak Park Coalition and Steph is Secretary of the Fallbrook Trails Council. They joined the Council 5 years ago after moving from Mission Viejo.

Dave and Steph are always looking for volunteers to help maintain the Santa Margarita River Trails. They routinely schedule clean ups and hikes, and are starting a new docent program to educate kids about this unknown gem of Southern California. To learn more about their programs, check out the Fallbrook Trails Council website.

Thank you both for being such knowledgeable guides and keeping San Diego clean!
